No. This decision is based on the US embassy's approval NOT Our Company. However, we will assist with preparing you documents based on the available job position in the best way to encourage approval for the work permit.

Yes & No. All documents will be submitted and retrieved by the company on your behalf with out you having to visit the US Embassy. However, you might be expected to visit the US Embassy upon the request for an interview to provide clarity based on their investigation or to assist them in making a decision.

We usually start processing New applicant from December to February. Therefore Successful Summer applicant can experience 6-9 months duration. The Summer season duration is usually from March to October each calendar year

We usually start processing New Winter Applicant from July to September, Therefore successful Winter applicant can experience 3-6months duration. The winter season duration is from October to March each calendar year
